1. Shromažďování a nakládání s osobními údaji firmou InnoGames

1.1 InnoGames cítí velkou míru odpovědnosti za ochranu soukromý svých uživatelů při zpracovávání osobních dat a bere toto v úvahu ve všech obchodních procesech. InnoGames se tímto zavazuje, že dodrží všechna relevantní ustanovení k ochraně dat. Toto prohlášení o ochraně dat se vztahuje na celou webovou stránku kromě stránek od ostatních poskytovatelů, na které jsou zde uvedeny odkazy.

1.2 InnoGames může získávat a uchovávat data poskytnuté při registraci na našich stránkách. S těmito daty bude zacházeno jako s důvěrnými. 1.8 InnoGames si tímto vyhrazuje právo k předání sesbíraných statistických údajů o firemních uživatelích, prodejích, přístupových datech a informacích o stránkách s tím souvisejících důvěryhodným třetím stranám. Tato statistická a obecná data neobsahují žádné informace, které odkazují ke konkrétním jedincům.

2. Ochrana vašich údajů

6. Disclosure of Personal Data to Third Parties, Credit Assessment

6.1 InnoGames shall only pass on your personal and/or accounting data to other third parties where this is expressly governed in the present terms and conditions, required by law or necessary for implementation of the General Terms and Conditions of Business and/or other agreements with you or to protect the rights of other customers and/or relevant third parties. This shall relate in particular to payment handling via external service providers (e.g. PaySafe, Wallie, Clickandbuy, Moneybookers). Your interests warranting protection shall be taken into consideration in accordance with the legal stipulations. The data shall only be provided however if a legitimate interest therein has been credibly presented. In the case of payment arrears, InnoGames may also commission a collection agency or a lawyer to collect the amount owed. For this purpose the necessary data shall be disclosed and used in accordance with all data protection guidelines.
